Just found an article at komotv.com detailing the sentencing of a man who killed a Seattle woman while Driving Uder the Influence. The family of the slain woman is protesting in King County courts that the sentence is to light.
The standard range for vehicular homicide with a defendant with no past record is 31-41 months.
